Weekly Photo Challenge: Together

I decided to take this weeks Photo Challenge from two points of view, Non-serious and Serious. For me I feel there are at least two types of togetherness, one that is shared with friends and family (humorous submissions) and the other a more intimate portrayal (confidant submissions).

Photo Challenge: humorous submissions;

A bunch of chickens hanging out together

Hanging out together (1); let’s be honest, this image of rubber chickens hanging TOGETHER pretty much sums up this weeks Photo Challenge for me. Nothing says togetherness much like a group of chickens hanging out.

Dogs hanging out together

Hanging out (2); I could have gone with showing friends or family hanging out together, but honestly dogs work so much better, don`t you think?

Photo Challenge: confidant submissions

Names of friends and lovers locked on a fence looking out to Mt. Fuji

Locked together; there is a location on Enoshima Island where friends and lovers write their names on a lock and lock it on a fence that looks out toward Mt. Fuji, symbolically locking them together. That is until they are cut from the fence at a later date.

Promotion for Love at Landmark Tower

Hearts Together; back in October 2011 Landmark Tower in Yokohama had an event where couples could pay a set amount of money and write their names on a special slip of paper and attach it to this giant metal heart.

Take a moment and tell me what “together” means for you.
